 立体网状填料污水处理效果

立体网状填料在填充率在13%时,水力停留时间为12h,对不同进水有机负荷条件下其处理效果如下表所示。由于填料丝条具有螺旋结构,有利于水体的搅拌和气泡的切割,基质与微生物的接触效率高,故可以得到优异的去处效果。

  立体网状填料的应用范围:

  1.立体网状填料用于各种污水的接触氧化二级处理或三级处理,容积负荷可在0.15~4.0KgBOD/,可获得良好且稳定的处理水质。

  2.立体网状填料用于污水处理的水解池,厌氧生物滤池和复合厌氧反应器中,作为兼氧菌或厌氧菌的固定生物床;

  3.立体网状填料用于微污染给水生物处理中的固定生物床,去除有机物,利于后续的常规处理工艺;

  4.立体网状填料用于污水的深度处理,容积负荷0.15kgBOD/,进水BOD<15mg/L,处理后出水BOD<3mg/L,可作为回用水;

  5.立体网状填料用于流动床生物滤池的悬浮填料。

  生物填料是以聚丙烯高分子聚合物为主,并填加如疏水性、亲水性、阻燃性、耐热性、抗冻性、抗老化性等不同助剂,加热熔融后形成由丝条相互熔接成型的多孔网状整体结构型填料。

  网状生物填料是新开发出的与以往载体截然不同,且较具实效功能的微生物载体。它是由丝条相互熔接成型的多孔网状整体结构型填料。生物填料主要用于生活污水、城市污水的生物膜法处理工程,也可用于冷却塔的热交换处理,还可作为渗排不的土工材料,具有价格低廉、安装方便和使用寿命长的优点。

  网状生物填料 生物膜法污水处理系统关键构成是生物体的载体填料。生物填料的发展从过去的天然砂石到目前的高分子有机材料。目前常用的有机合成填料主要有:软性填料、半软性填料、弹性填料、蜂窝状填料。由于上述有些填料存在挂膜量少、有机物的处理效率低等缺点。严重的制约了生物填料在水处理工程中的应用。因此开发新型填料,考察其在水处理中的应用前景是当前生物膜应用研究的热点问题。

  网状生物填料是以聚丙烯高分子聚合物为主,并填加如疏水性、亲水性、阻燃性、耐热性、抗冻性、抗老化性等不同助剂,加热熔融后形成由丝条相互熔接成型的多孔网状整体结构型填料。清华大学水污染控制设备质量监督检验中心对其进行了挂膜和处理效果实验,结论是该生物填料具有良好的挂膜特性。在反应器中设置生物填料,可明显提高生物量,并取得良好的COD去除效果。

 

  网状生物填料是使微生物附着在载体表面,污水在流经附着在载体表面微生膜的过程中,通过有机物的吸附、氧向生物膜内部的扩散以及在膜中所发生的生物氧化等作用,对污染物进行分解。

4 stereo mesh packing is used for the advanced treatment of sewage, the volume load of 0.15kgBOD/, the influent BOD<15mg/L, the treated effluent BOD<3mg/L, can be used as water reuse;

 

5 solid mesh packing used in floating bed biological filter.

Biological filler is dominated by polypropylene polymer, and filled with such as hydrophobic, hydrophilic, flame retardancy, heat resistance, frost resistance, anti aging of different additives, heating and melting formation connected by strands of mutual welding forming porous structure packing.

 

Net biological filler is a new development of different carriers, and the most effective function of the microbial carrier. It is composed of a wire mesh and a porous net structure. Biological filler is mainly used for sewage and urban sewage biological membrane method processing engineering, can also be used for cooling tower heat exchanging process, also can be used as drainage of geotextile material, has the advantages of low price, convenient installation and use of the advantages of long service life.

Retiform biological filling is the microorganism attached on the surface of the carrier, sewage flows attached in the carrier surface micro membrane process, through the adsorption of organic compounds and oxygen to the inside of the biofilm diffusion and in the membrane of biological oxidation, of pollutant decomposition.
